BLACK PEARL

BLACK PEARL is unlike anything else on the water. Launched by Oceanco in 2018, this 106-metre sailing yacht carries three DynaRig masts that raise and trim their sails at the touch of a button, making her one of the largest and most advanced sailing yachts ever built. She is as celebrated for her engineering as her looks: designed to cross oceans on a fraction of the fuel a motor yacht would use, with exterior and interior work by Nuvolari Lenard and Ken Freivokh.

Guest accommodation

Behind the technology is a calm, contemporary interior for up to 12 guests in seven suites - a master, two VIPs, a double and a twin, with convertible layouts to suit your party. A crew of 27 runs the yacht and her remarkable rig, so guests simply enjoy the rare sensation of true silence under sail.

Onboard comfort & entertainment

Life aboard moves between spectacle and serenity. The full-beam beach club opens to the sea and, with its terrace doors closed, becomes a private cinema. Elsewhere there is a dance floor, a swimming pool, a deck jacuzzi, a sauna and a gym, while underwater lights turn an evening swim into something magical.

Performance & range

BLACK PEARL sails under a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, her DynaRig delivering genuine performance under wind power alone. Under engines she cruises at around 12 knots and up to 17, with a range of some 5,400 nautical miles - but her signature is the ability to sail vast distances with the engines off entirely.

Toys & tenders

At anchor, the sea becomes the entertainment. Guests dive in from the beach club, explore by tender, and make the most of a full complement of water toys. Ask us for the current toy and tender list for your dates, and the crew will have everything ready when you step aboard.
